Membership Application To: PA Regional Automatic Fire Alarm Association I (we) hereby make application for the following Membership Classification: Manufacturing Member -Any corporation, company, partnership or proprietorship engaged in the manufacture of automatic fire alarm systems or component parts or of equipment or parts utilized directly or indirectly in the automatic fire alarm industry. Distributor Member -Any corporation, company, partnership or proprietorship engaged in the maintenance of, or is a distributor, dealer, contractor, installer for automatic fire alarm systems or component parts. Associate Member - All others who have an interest in the purpose of the Association and do not qualify for any other class of membership. Includes users architects, engineers or other individuals. Government Member -Governmental agencies and Authorities Having Jurisdiction.
