§       Discussion on codes; how do they become law, do codes have full weight of the law?

§       Instruction on responding to an alarm system failure, i.e.: system did not activate, detect, transmit, etc during an actual emergency situation.

§       Ten most common errors that lead to lawsuits.

§       Overview of Alarm Company contracts with a focus on negligence and limitation of liability.

§       Sample case studies; what we can learn from others’ mistakes.
